Job Duties

• Demonstrate comprehensive knowledge of hotel facilities, staying informed about activities, promotions, and events within the hotel and city to offer precise information to guests.
• Maintain continuous presence at the front entrance and Bell Desk, ensuring cleanliness, safety, and the efficient flow of traffic.
• Retrieve guest belongings from vehicles using safe handling techniques, including items from cars, buses, and vans.
• Skillfully navigate bell carts through public areas and guest room corridors.
• Requires physical stamina to stand, carry, and walk continuously throughout the shift.
• Ensure the retrieval and proper loading/unloading of all luggage into/from the correct vehicle, confirming the accurate count before allowing the vehicle to move.
• Tag luggage and ensure prompt delivery/pickup to/from the designated rooms.
• Escort guests to rooms or outlets, highlighting emergency escape routes before entering guestrooms during room escorts.
• Conduct visual inspections of public areas, emphasizing cleanliness, functionality, and safety, and identify any unusual situations, promptly reporting them to the relevant department.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in public areas and luggage rooms, ensuring all equipment is in good working order.
