“Chacha Shapatar” Becomes Internet Sensation for His Unique Bicycle Riding Style

A video of an elderly man in Multan, known as “Chacha Shapatar,” has gone viral on social media. In the video, he can be seen riding his bicycle backward, reminiscent of Michael Jackson’s moonwalk.

The footage shows him pedalling his Sohrab bicycle in the opposite direction of traffic on a main road.

While the exact location of the video remains unknown, it has generated a mix of amusement and criticism online. Some people find it entertaining, while others express concerns about promoting unsafe behaviour on a busy road.

During his adventurous ride, Chacha Shapatar unintentionally startled a couple of motorcyclists. After encountering a large pothole, he struggled to maintain his balance and narrowly avoided colliding with the bikers who were recording the scene.

At one point, Chacha Shapatar unexpectedly veered into the left lane, causing inconvenience to drivers travelling at high speeds. The incident has sparked a divided opinion on the internet, with authorities yet to address the issue.
